Dr. Kusztal specializes in assessment focused on communication infrastructure, organizational integration, leadership, employee motivation, innovation, change management, and customer satisfaction among other areas. She has led and conducted research at a variety of organizations, including Con Edison, Merck, J & J, Mercy Health Partners, Temple University Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, Citizens Bank, and MetLife.
Prior to joining CRA, Iwona served on the faculty at Temple University and La Salle University in Philadelphia and taught courses in the areas of organizational communication, diversity management, and conflict management. She also travels regularly abroad, and lends her expertise to a graduate communication program in Prague, the Czech Republic. Iwona has a Ph.D. degree in communication sciences from Temple University in Philadelphia.
Iwona lives in Wyndmoor with her husband and two terriers. When not working, she enjoys bike rides and power walks along scenic trails of the Wissahickon Valley.
