Within CRA’s consulting practice, Megan brings expertise in managing organizational behavior through effective communication. She has helped leaders build their brands from the inside out, helping align disparate employee publics around corporate culture and change. She has advised and conducted research for clients including The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University Hospitals, Carlson Hotels Worldwide, Mercy Health Partners, ProHealth Care, FMC, and Astra Zeneca.
A published author on communication and culture, Megan’s special interests include studying strategic message effects and building leaders’ communication competencies.
Megan has completed doctoral coursework and an MA from the Annenberg School of Communication at Temple University, and earned a BS from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University, University Park. Former experience includes faculty and instructor appointments at both Temple and Penn State Universities, and client-based roles in nonprofit PR, entertainment, and real estate.
A native of Berwick, Pennsylvania, Megan enjoys travel, culinary pursuits, and time outdoors when the Pennsylvania weather allows such luxury.
