In our trainings and facilitations CRA strives to solve organizational challenges through the judicious application of communication expertise. Our communication training is not off-the-shelf; we customize each program to meet specific needs of each client. As such, our training topics vary, but programs typically involve leadership communication, conflict management, promoting effective teamwork, and presentation skills.
Our associates also commonly apply their expertise in group and leadership communication by facilitating group processes and meetings, be they for individual project teams or the Board of Directors.
